-Shoes must be returned in their original box and shipped in a protective outer box.
-Jewelry, accessories, sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
REFUND: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund.
WEB STORE CREDIT: You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your items for a web store credit. You will be emailed an online code for website use in the amount of returned merchandise.
EXCHANGES: We suggest placing a new order for the item you want to ensure it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to your original form of payment or website credit if over 14 days.
IN STORE PICK-UP: Must be done within 30 days of your purchase and can be returned in-store for credit only.
-Eligible refunds are issued back to the original form of payment while web store credit will be given via online promo code. We are not responsible for return shipping fees and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend shipping returns with a tracking service as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
-Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of package.
-Print a return form under "Print Return Form" at the bottom of our webpage and include with your return.
