Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Calypso! We take great pride in quality assurance and impeccable product value. If you do not absolutely love your order, NO problem! 

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS: We offer exchange only within 60 days for the Holiday season with tags attached and with receipt. No refunds are allowed on in-store purchases.

WEB PURCHASE RETURNS: To make a return, please visit our Return Portal. ALL web purchase returns must go through our Return Portal OR be returned to our store. 

All orders must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the tags attached. 

Shoes must be returned in their original box and shipped in a protective outer box.

Jewelry, hats, purses/bags, sunglasses, candles, ALL sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. 

We do allow web purchases to be returned in-store.


Orders placed Nov 15th - DEC. 24th can be returned until JAN 13th for exchange OR in store credit! For refunds on ONLINE PURCHASES, we will offer 14 days from the date of purchase per regular policy

REFUND: For online orders, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund. 

WEB STORE CREDIT: You have 60 days from date of purchase to return your items for a web store credit. You will be emailed an online code for website use in the amount of returned merchandise. 

EXCHANGES: We suggest placing a new order for the item you want to ensure it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to your original form of payment or website credit if over 14 days. 

IN STORE PICK-UP: Must be done within 30 days of your purchase. For all in-store pick-up purchases, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund and 60 days from date of purchase to return your items for store credit

Eligible refunds are issued back to the original form of payment while web store credit will be given via online e-gift card. A pre-paid return label may be purchased through our return portal. We recommend shipping returns with a tracking service as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. 

RETURNS & PROCESSING TIME: Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of package.
